• Payment must be made in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
• Please keep the exact amount ready whenever possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Udhayaa Oil reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or orders at its discretion.

4. Order Confirmation

• Online Payment Orders: Your order will be confirmed once the payment is successfully received through Razorpay.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Your order will be confirmed after successful order verification, if required.

You will receive an order confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

5. Payment Failure

If your online payment fails but the amount has been debited from your account, it is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing time.

If the amount is not reversed within the expected period, please contact your bank or Razorpay support first. You may also contact Udhayaa Oil customer support for assistance.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable shipping charges or additional fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Refunds

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service.

For Cash on Delivery orders, if a refund is approved, it will be processed through bank transfer or another suitable payment method after collecting the necessary account details.
