Thank you for shopping at Udhayaa Pure. We are committed to providing high-quality traditional and natural oil products to our customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of our consumable products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The product received is incorrect
- The product packaging is tampered with or leaking
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process the return request, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product
- Packaging details
Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and verify your return request, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened oil bottles
- Used products
- Products returned after the allowed request period
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if the order has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing time may vary.
